About The Traffic Planner

Traffic Management and Planning SpecialistsThe Planner Behind Approvals

A focused traffic planning practice helping builders, developers and project teams from first enquiry to council sign-off across NSW, VIC and ACT.

Our story

One Planner. One Point of Contact.

The Traffic Planner prepares traffic management plans, construction traffic management plans, traffic guidance schemes, swept path analysis, traffic impact assessments and car park design advice. Every document is prepared personally by one accredited planner, from the first enquiry to the final issue, so the advice stays consistent and you always know who to call. That means fewer handovers, quicker answers and documents that read as one clear story, whether you need a single permit layout or a full set of plans for a multi-stage build.

We support residential, commercial and industrial projects, construction staging and access, planning approvals, and traffic control and permit documentation, from simple support letters to multi-document packages for larger sites across NSW, VIC and ACT. Whatever the size of the job, you get the same careful, practical approach and a plan your site team can actually use on the day.

Why we are different

A Direct, Practical Approach

Set up for speed, accuracy and plain advice, helping builders, developers and project teams get the traffic documents they need, right the first time, at every stage of a project.

  • 01

    Talk to the Planner

Deal directly with the person preparing your documents, with no layers of admin between you and the answers you need, from the first call to the final issue.

  • 02

    Built for Approval

Plans written to answer council conditions and road authority requirements, so they get accepted without needless back-and-forth or costly resubmissions.

  • 03

    Fixed, Upfront Pricing

A fixed quote before any work starts, usually within 4 business hours, with no hidden fees and no surprises when the invoice arrives.

  • 04

    Standards First

Every plan is prepared to AS 1742.3:2019, Austroads AGTTM and TfNSW TCAWS by a SafeWork NSW PWZ-qualified planner.

Our values

What We Stand For

A reliable service built on clear advice, fast turnarounds and solid standards, with the safety of everyone living, working and travelling around the site at the centre of every plan we prepare.

  • 01

    Clarity

Plain-language plans and advice that councils, clients and site crews can all follow without a translator, so everyone knows what happens, where and when.

  • 02

    Speed

Quick quotes and fast turnarounds, because a waiting permit means a waiting site, idle crews and a growing bill for everyone involved.

  • 03

    Compliance

Every document follows the standards that apply in each state, so approvals rest on solid, checkable work that stands up to review.

  • 04

    Care

Safer streets for the people living, walking and riding around your works, not just the crews on site, from the first delivery to the last.

Where we work

Three States. One Planner.

The Traffic Planner works with builders, developers and project teams across New South Wales, Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory, from city streets to regional roads, with plans prepared to the rules that apply in each area.
